DOHERTY INDUSTRIAL GROUP COMPLETES MULTI-MILLION DOLLAR SALE OF NORTH LAS VEGAS CLASS A INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY
LAS VEGAS – Doherty Industrial Group with Colliers Las Vegas successfully completed the sale of a North Las Vegas warehouse distribution facility located at 5360 N. Beesley Drive.
Becknell Industrial recently finished construction on the 106,705-square-foot Class A industrial building which is situated within the 297,243 square foot North Las Vegas Business Park.
Located in the rapidly expanding North Las Vegas Submarket, the property is positioned near the Las Vegas Motor Speedway and other high-profile regional distribution centers including Amazon, Bed Bath & Beyond, Sephora and more.
The popularity of this submarket is boasted through its ability to be a distribution hub that can service eight different markets within a one-day truck drive – an operational benefit that helped secure a buyer before the facility completed construction.
